Aspen Dental - Allentown, PA - Airport Road

This place is completely unprofessional and rude. I booked an appointment and it was supposed to happen today. The appointment was moved to a different location for today at the same time and when I arrived at aspen dental on airport road, I was told my appointment was at the other location. Then I told them it was transferred to here and they told me I was correct. Then they said it was for tomorrow at a different time. That is not what they told me over the phone. When I tried to get my original place back at the other location it was already taken. That means I was just played with and I think it is very unprofessional, the staff were being very rude about the situation. They were raising their voice when I told them it was supposed to be today because it was an emergency visit that I payed a lot of money for because I am in pain. The staff didn’t seem to care or try to resolve anything . If I could rate lower than one star then I would because they shouldn’t even have a star at all. So unprofessional and useless

Called to ask if they can replace a broken tooth in a denture. Girl said yes no problem. But I had to make an appointment for $29. Why do I need to see a Dr. to fix a fake tooth but ok. I ask a price to replace one tooth $50 ok great. Payed the $29 did not see Dr. Got trays for absolutely no reason. They sent Dr. out to hall way to tell me they can not replace the tooth because they can't match the color (? ) And spent the rest of one hr. Trying to sell me new denture for $2800. I do not believe for one minute they ever were going to replace the tooth. BTW I have very good insurance but they do not accept it.

Great experience at Aspen Dental. The staff was friendly, professional, and the office was very clean. Everything was explained clearly and the whole visit was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable dentist in Allentown. 👍

Went in for a “cleaning” same ole “we don’t do that same day” got an X-ray & gave me an entire 2-3 page review on the extensive repair & work my teeth needed. I got a cleaning eventually & after that the insurance I had thru my job had ended because I stopped working there. They’re still sending me this $2700 bill for work I’ve never received. The people were nice there but I don’t appreciate the lack of communication & accountability. I’m not paying for work I didn’t have done
